NiceMoDz does not issue cash refunds. If you do not want to redeem a purchased service, it converts into store credit on nicemodz.com that you can use on any eligible service we offer.
How service credit works
- When you buy a service and choose not to redeem it, the value becomes credit on your NiceMoDz account.
- Credit can be exchanged for another service of equal value, or combined across multiple services (for example, one $30 service or three $10 services).
- Follow the instructions on your order receipt as usual, then tell us which service you want instead.
- Store credit does not expire.
What is not covered
- Modding carries inherent risk. Account bans or penalties from game publishers are not eligible for cash refunds or automatic credit.
- Always read the product description and requirements before checkout.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first may result in order cancellation.
